where: wonderworld market.
it was more common to see neha behind the cash register at that supermarket, but she had taken some time to enjoy the promotions she couldn't afford to miss. walking with attentive eyes, pushing a cart through the aisles, she curiously watched a man pondering over the sauces on the shelf. "can you believe that in all the time i've worked here, i've never seen anyone buy that sauce?" she pointed to the one, hoping her approach wasn't too strange for him. "is it good? i'm thinking of trying it out, so it's only fair to ask someone who already likes it. unless you're trying it for the first time too."

"really? a fashion boutique here?" neha glanced at her new companion, a bit confused because for her the place had always been an electronics store. "when was the last time you were here?" a small, friendly laugh, trying to make sense of the situation. however, with the new question, neha quickly nodded in agreement. "sure, i know a few. what style are you looking for? there's a new autumn winter fashion store opening around the corner." ( @mabelxhughes )
OPEN STARTER - DOWNTOWN ( cap 0/3 )
"Wasn't there a fashion boutique here once?" She asked to the person near her, always having loved the place and was excited to return. Granted, it had been sixteen years since she had last been here, the place was probably long gone. But now she found herself awkwardly staring at an electronics store. "Don't suppose you know another good clothing store I can go to? I packed light when I moved here."

BIOGRAPHY.
neha never felt included in the family she was born into. by age three, her entire future was already mapped out: being the youngest and the only daughter, she would be the one to care for her mother in old age. the problem was neha had other plans, especially when she found herself passionate about sports. no one could say where the girl got all her energy from, but all her friends was ready to celebrate whenever she made a basketball shot. her talent was never truly appreciated; her parents often insisted she should spend her time on something else, like learning to cook or taking first aid courses for when her mother needed it. this only made neha feel invisible. determined to be seen as more than just a potential caregiver in the future, neha began training with the idea that maybe she could become a professional basketball player. it was what she loved to do, and as a bonus, she was good at it. with a bit more space to explore who she really is and what she truly enjoys, neha also started questioning her own sexuality. however, she understands this information goes beyond what her parents need to know. uncomfortable being honest with them, she spends less and less time at home. she signed up for various activities around the city and also found a job as a cashier at wonderworld market. she hopes that with this distance, her family will understand she is more than they want her to be. currently, her biggest goal is to secure an athletic scholarship to a university with a competitive sports team.
