dai could stand to lean further into it but the little things showing how little privacy the inquisitor gets from the inquisition are sooo good. the iron bull walk-in scene kind of implies not knocking is normal procedure for the advisors. every letter the inquisitor gets goes through the advisors first. everywhere the inquisitor goes there are scouts and soldiers around them. the last two times they had sure privacy were either a) before they spent three days unconscious with other people caring for their body and then woke up surrounded by soldiers or b) when they were freezing to death in a blizzard. they are neverrrr for certain alone its awesome

my first reaction was huh?? then upon thinking about it... well, sasha is not at all interested in creation. but pulling things apart and seeing how they work? yeah, that tracks. in a general sense, but this is ghilan'nain we are talking about, so. sasha finds the inner workings of the body fascinating, amazing, and beautiful in their way, and sometimes kind of hot. blood, guts, rot, corpses, the grotesque; doesn't phase him. he would be the "taking things apart carefully to study" kind of mad scientist. ghilan'nain being sort of an outsider since she was given her godhood + having some kind of freaky, complicated, and likely toxic relationship with andruil also works lol.
