Never Summer 100k takes place entirely in State Forest State Park. It starts and ends in Gould, CO, and takes you over the Never Summer mountains and the Medicine Bow mountain range. It’s an incredibly tough mountain race, with a lot of technical terrain, steep climbs, and steep descents. It’s all worth it in the end, and Gnar Runners does a great job of putting it on!

The Bear 100 traverses from Logan, UT up to Fish Haven, ID. It was my first 100 mile experience and it was an amazing course with great organization and support from the volunteers. Highly recommended!

Did my first winter ascent of Mount Morrison. I used screw shoes and they worked good. Conditions were actually fine for climbing it and the views at the top were awesome!

Ran the entire length of the Barr trail up to the summit of Pikes Peak and back down. It's basically the Pikes Peak marathon course minus the first and last mile or so on the roads in Manitou Springs.

This run is from the south ridge which is about a 3.5 mile round trip and 1950 feet of elevation gain. It starts out pretty steep, then the middle section has some flatter, runnable sections. The last quarter mile or so requires some scrambling and is the toughest part of the trail.

This is mostly on the lower part of Mount Falcon: the Castle and Turkey Trot trails. There was some light snow on the ground in spots, but not really slippery.
