CALLING ALL EDITORS!

Hey, DSV fans!

You may have noticed that we haven't updated for an obscenely long time, and we're real sorry about that. There's been a really huge backup in the editing department, and though we're doing the best we can to speed things along, we keep running into walls.

That's where you come in! We're pretty short on editors at the moment and could really use some help, so if you think you're up for the task, follow the instructions below to join up!

  Sound Editor Audition Guidelines:

Auditioning for a sound editor is really quite simple. We need two tracks that you have edited individually. This means, naturally, that no one but the auditioning editor should have edited it. Both of these must be spoken word tracks, such as a pesterlog recordings or other readings, and should include more than one voice, not to mention some sound effects in each. While we really do give you freedom with the content, Homestuck canon will be a definitive advantage (pesterlogs, etc...) Each track must be at least 35 seconds long.

Address an E-Mail to demonstuckvoices@gmail.com entitled “Audition: Sound Editor” Include your name, Tumblr URL, Skype username, and your two sound tracks. (As an .mp3 attachment, Soundcloud, Tindeck, or Tumblr link, if you please.) Additionally, please specify which programme(s) you use for editing in order from most to least preferred.
