day 13
got sick with food poisoning yesterday 1-2 hours after breaking my fast so unsure how many calories were retained.
ate heavier than usual bc i've been strict fasting for awhile and starting to feel weak/ill. i think it may also have triggered the binge, i haven't had one in while.
this makes me anxious but im still within my deficit, plus i literally was sick + puked for an hour straight so i think im good
still feeling kind of sick today, might pull another 20 hour fast.
- homemade almond butter smoothie: 745 cal
- boiled egg: 93 cals
- 1 pear: 101 cal
- homemade salmon salad: 300 cal
- rye bread: 80 cal
rotted so no exercise
total: 1239

day 12
last night at 9 pm, binged on brownies i made for whatever reason. spoke too soon how embarrassing. it was probably 1k+ calories.
reset my fast as usual but will break an two hours later to compensate (10pm - 2 pm or until i break).
we make mistakes while trying to get into habits. but i feel like shit a little. i miss that empty feeling.

so the daily diary thing was a bit unrealistic.
but ive been sticking to most of my goals, surpassing some
at least 16 hour fast every day for the past 2 weeks, having one meal and one snack under 600 cals at the highest.
logging on YAZIO, maybe ill post those ? and i still need to buy a scale.
a little depressed but feeling soso good about my discipline as a result. too busy rotting to think about food lol..
start a new job on monday, managing my first coffee program. very excited very nervous. but i feel pretty and am getting prettier and thats what matters.
havent eaten since 8pm last night. its almost 11a and i feel good. was planning on breaking at 2 pm but honestly might go for for a 20 hour fast today.
yesterdays stats:
whitefish salad (200)
tortilla chips (120 cal)
went swimming and rock climbing at the gorge! +3k steps.
total: 320 cal
fasted 17 hours
