Hi, there!

My name is Alex and the guy from the picture is my dear friend Nathan! We have know each other for more than 8 years, and he helped me a lot when I was struggling with my family and with my transition. (We both are trans guys.) Nathan is 35 years old, and he works as a illustrator, a tattoo apprentice and he cleans houses for a living. In order to have a top surgery, Nathan has to pay around 70,000 MXN pesos (3,450 USD) plus save for the months he can't work due to recovery.

The picture above says "Help me to make my dream come true" and it's my wish to see my friend be happy in his own skin, after years and years of struggle to save money to no avail due to financial insecurity.
