"For mature audiences" not as in "legally allowed to see a boob" but "can see a fictional character do a bad thing and not immediately go on a crusade against the author"

These days are nice. Today is a really productive day, it's still early but I already got a lot done. I am happy I'm having some of those days as well, after a long row of unproductiveness.

✨There’s something about a novella with a beautiful cover. While the book itself was…underwhelming, the cover was worth every penny.✨

📖Winterfrost Market by Jenny Staniford
📖Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book is a nice cozy, fantasy with a splash of romance where we follow Elise who takes part in helping her family’s traveling tea shop. Things took a turn when Elise mother doesn’t return from her very own journey to Midwinter Haven, where it’s known to be run with many magical creatures. Just like any daughter would, Elise would gladly to whatever it may take to get her mother back. Elise makes her way with Kit who is utterly knowledgeable about Midwinter Haven to get her mother. Just like what you may think, she realizes that the rumors she heard about Midwinter Haven may not actually be true and that there is good in the magic.
Firstly, this was so good that I finished it pretty quickly for someone who is a full time student and parent. I will say this will immediately grab your attention and you just like myself might not want to put it down! One thing for sure, that is making this more of a four star rating and not a five star is that I wanted more world-building, what do we get is enough but I think it could of benefited from having a bit more. A little more backstory’s on the town, the family etc would also be so much better. I just want to say that if you’re looking for a nice cozy, book to read this season, pick up this book!
