I've gotten so used to writing long, over-descriptive boring one-shots that now I wrote something short, barely above 2k words, I stare at it and don't know what to do with it. Do I post it? Do I expand it? Is it disappointing? Does it make sense? Does it need more details?

I forgot to brag, but one of my fics was made into a podfic!! I can't stress enough about how terrifyingly exciting it was for me, being a tiny little author with silly little stories - it made me feel strangely appreciated!

For me, recording podfics is the most tiring thing in the world (mostly because I can speak clean English for 3 minutes max, then my awful accent takes over, lol) so I'm sending all my love and appreciation to this creator.

But then I also want Jason to walk like a ghost, through the alleys Tim once touched, eyes catching on the blood that might be his, and footprints that might not be real, following the trail dotted with bodies- like they might spell alive if he squints hard enough

His grip tightens, and the words keep spilling, messy and eager. “Good girls get on their knees, Timmy. Would you like that?” His voice hitches, rough and urgent. He exhales sharply, dragging his teeth over his lip. “Fuck, can you see how hard you make me? Pull my pants down, that’s it, good girl.”

Tim shudders, his body trembling with need, but then, he stops. His hands stay on Jason’s waistband, fingers pressing in, resisting.

“No,” Tim murmurs, his voice silk-smooth but firm. “I want you on your knees.”

Fuck.

“Fuck,” Jason gasps out loud, nodding enthusiastically. “Yeah. I can totally do that.”
