Well my dear ratty friends…

It’s been a fun battle, but we must finally see the Ultimate Rat Bracket (aka the bRATcket™️) come to a close.

And though Kugrash and his supporters fought with all their might and were hot on Ripred’s tail for quite a while, we have a clear winner!

Thank you all for participating, whether that means voting, sending rataganda, making art, or yelling at your beloved friends to support your favorite little guy, I am so grateful for all the love and patience and have truly enjoyed running this tournament. Things to keep an eye out for!

At some point (unsure exactly when, since my schedule will be especially hectic these next few weeks!) I am planning to have a Loser’s Bracket! I need to figure out the details myself, but it should likely still be happening!

But first!

I am also planning a new tournament! It won’t be rat related, no, but I’m looking forward to seeing y’all there once it’s ready to accept submissions! Since it’s still technically in the planning stage I won’t link it right now, but I’ll post about it on this blog when it’s ready to go!

Okay… I didn’t want to have to do this but I REALLY want Ripred to win…

I said I would draw every bracket in the bratcket if Ripred won everything, but I’ll change that. I will do that if he wins only this round.

If he wins the entire competition, however, I will (badly, hence the title of my blog) draw ALL OF YOUR rat OCs (limit one per customer). I know there are hundreds of people following this bratcket, and it may take a long-ass time for me to complete it, but it is a sacrifice I am willing to make!!!

Hopefully this has any effect whatsoever on the polls. The straws have been grasped at, run like the river, Ripred.

damn i think theres something wrong with mobile showing me what asks i've gotten, because this one and other one i got didn't show up in my notifs. i'm sorry i'm only seeing this now that i'm on desktop!! BUT Ripred did in fact win! badlydrawingtuc, your determination and passion for Ripred sweep is commendable. will this sway people in Ripred's favor in the semifinals, folks?

btw pls don't wear yourself out!! i appreciate drawings of the bracket battles but if u ever wanna stop doing so (or just don’t want to considering i didn’t see this until the poll ended) i completely understand!!!
