y'all don't understand, I liiive for superheroes running into each other while living their regular lives.

Miles and Kamala having serious beef with each other in online fandom spaces and irl academic competitions while being best friends in the mask is Top Tier. They should do more of that with other people.

Getting groceries, giving street directions, trying to get a vending machine to work, there are a thousand tiny moments you share with a virtual stranger, and what if they weren't as strange to you as you thought?? They're superheroes; they likely have at least one mutual ally, if they haven't fought side by side ever.

yeah something something pietro and erik are shattered mirrors of one another. he sees his son and sees everything he hates in himself, the rashness, the anger, the impulsiveness. pietro looks at his father and sees everything he could become if he tips just a little too far over the edge.

wanda, wanda is everything erik had hoped and more. powerful, smart, and too good for her brother's impulses. it's easier to think wanda was just coddling pietro and indulging him too much, making him a problem to be solved, rather than the real truth- erik looked at the sister and saw the mother, a fire that couldn't be put out, a raw power he never wanted to forget. erik looked at the brother and saw a younger him, something wretched, something that needed to be changed before it was too late. a broken boy who reflected the glass of his broken father. and where do they go from here?

So, I know it’s canon that Pietro is the older twin (other than that wonderful random page from the 80s where Wanda refers to him as “baby brother”). But I still like to headcanon that Wanda is actually older but she’s let Pietro believe the opposite because he cares SO MUCH And Wanda’s just like, ‘Go ahead, if it’s that important to you.’

talking to my brother about quicksilver and i was like 'ik him and wanda are twins but he exudes little brother energy so much' and my bro Without Hesitation just went 'well thats what happens when you're the least favorite in the family' and he says this to me, the youngest in our family like 🧍‍♂️
