crying watching Palestinians from Gaza return to their homes sobbing and singing with bittersweetness and undying love for their land. as a non-Palestinian Indigenous person,all i can say is that's how i know Palestinians are the Indigenous people of Palestine! because you can burn homes, crops, meeting places, libraries, and schools, but no one can ever destroy Indigenous peoples' love and connection to our home. i've seen so many confused comments on these videos of excited Gazans at the sites of their houses from people who can't understand why they're so happy to return to "nothing". but it's not nothing, it's their home!! that's what a real and ancient connection to land is! it is a love that transcends the destruction of structures and the violence of colonialism. it is a force the zionist and coloniser will never understand, will never successfully appropriate, and NEVER destroy. long live Palestine and long live the resistance!! keep boycotting in accordance with the BDS movement, and do not stop sharing Gaza funds.
