What would you recommend for a fag who can't find a dom? How can I train myself to be better prepared to serve his needs when I find him?

A mistake I have seen many unowned submissives make is to anticipate certain skills they think a future Dominant will want, so they spend their time deep throating dildos, stretching their anus, self clamping teats, drinking his own urine, etc.

All of these and others are good things and should be done if they provide satisfaction and pleasure to the unowned submissive, but they may not be what a future Dominant will want.

The only thing a submissive knows for sure is that the Dominant will want submission, obedience, respect and deference.  The desire for specific talents and skills will vary from Dominant to Dominant.

I always recommend that submissives practice service, respect and deference to all men as a way to prepare himself for a future Dominant.  

No matter where you encounter a man, show him respect.  Call him Sir. If he drops something, pick it up for him. IF he is behind you inline, give him your place.  If it is in a meeting or place such as that and he needs a coffee or a water, go get it for him. 

Watch around you, there are men everywhere for whom you can provide small acts of service and whom you can call Sir and show other signs of respect.  If a man asks or tells you to do something – at work or elsewhere – obey him without complaint or hesitation.

While this may sound trite and not the type of training a submissive wants to undertake, but having the habits of providing service, of obedience, of respect are not easy habits to ingrain in oneself.  Even owned slaves, trained slaves, falter in these at times.
