As far as I've been able to figure out, whether through wikis or tumblr, Neptunic is someone who is attracted to non-binary and female gender identities and meteorian is a galactian identity, which is a whole post itself... I'm not sure if Kuiperian is from the same system, since I can't place where "kuiper" comes from- however! Meteorian is a gender identity that is xenic, solarian (male aligned), and lunarian (female aligned) in nature. If you really want to learn more, my main source was the galactian alignments wiki page, and the neptunic and galactian tags here on tumblr.
