Synersoul

"Synersoul" is a self-identifier characterized by the harmonious integration of multiple or all kintypes/theriotypes and other nonhuman identities into a singular, cohesive whole. In this concept, individuals embody traits, characteristics, and experiences from various sources, blending them seamlessly to form a unique, multifaceted identity.

A Synersoul person identifies with multiple/all kintypes simultaneously, without prioritizing any one over the others. These kintypes can span various species, characters, or even abstract concepts.

Synersoul is based off of the word "synergy" - meaning "working together to create something greater than either of you could do alone."

Usage example:

"My synersoul is a mix of a raccoon and a calico cat"

"I identify with my kintypes all at once, therefore, I'm a synersoul."

"I am a demon, a dragon and a wolf simultaneously. This makes me a synersoul."

TL;DR

Synersoul is for someone who identifies with all nonhuman identities at once, mixing them into a whole new species/identity. Having blended traits from different animals, creatures and other species into one unique identity.

There is a word I can use to describe my dysphoria that I hope, weather it be gender, species, or any other, that nobody else needs to use.

Desensitized.

Desensitized. Not in that I don’t feel it. Not even in that it doesn’t hurt. A lot.

But desensitized. In that it has become a part of life I have to ignore.

I’m the same way people deal with chronic pain, to my understanding. It just… becomes a fact of life.

I sleep. I eat. I breathe.

And I’m not human.

And it hurts.

I hope no one understands.

So many days I feel the urge to run and run on all fours. I have no idea how to do quads but something absolutely primal in me wants to run as far as fast as I can.

Hey, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who’s answered! I’m sorry I forgot a neutral answer, the last response was supposed to be neutral but of course my brain said “no” and I published it wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️ either way it’s all really great to hear your opinions!

The best part of this is seeing all the divine and deitykins that have voted and replied! I have always wanted to meet more alterhumans/otherkin like myself and I would love to hear more from y’all!!

I’m really curious about the alterhuman/otherkin communit(ie)’s opinion on deitykins/godkins, and if there’s more information of the topic, aince I rarely seem to see much of anything about it. It may as well be time for my next poll for this scenario!

Does anybody else hate that sometimes therianthropy is treated like a cute aesthetic rather than an animalistic identity?

I get species euphoria by ripping objects apart, chasing animals, eating without utensils, walking on my toes, feeling how sharp my canine teeth are, among other things. None of these things are dainty or aesthetic, and to the average person it's probably not acceptable/normal behavior.

I feel like therians should (in a reasonable manner, we're still humans/humanoids guys) show this side more. Being animalistic in some way is part of being a therian and it shouldn't be shameful
