I don’t remember writing this but oh my god it’s kind of beautiful. My grandma doesn’t tell me how long my hair’s gotten anymore because it’s short now, and the girlfriend mentioned isn’t in my life anymore. I have new constants now, lovely ones, and I may actually be the happiest I ever have been with my life. I’m still so grateful for those past constants. I love the way life moves forward despite changes and trials and the way I will always make it out whether or not it feels like I will in the moment

Every time I see my grandma she tells me how long my hair has gotten. Every time I see my girlfriend she stares at me with love in her eyes. Every time I see my best friend I feel so incredibly understood. Every time I see any of my friends we laugh like we have never been broken. And every time I see my little brother he reminds me that we all have so much joy and potential at birth that never truly fades, it just gets buried under years of wear. My life is full of the most beautiful constants. I am surrounded by so much love that it seeps beneath my skin and works its way into my bloodstream. I am made of love because I let myself be.

Hey guys, I created a side blog that I'm extremely happy with and may start using as more of a main. It's a more unfiltered expression of who I am in real life. It's also much more put together and structured than this blog could ever be atp. I've had a few blogs in my time on Tumblr and not once have I used my real name- until now. I wanted something that was really me, not just some fake name and persona I came up with to hide behind a screen and pretend to be something I'm not.
