Everything went weirdly right
The day had finally arrived,the week before prom happened to be when most promposals happened and that included Baz and layla's.And throughout this week things just didn't go planned for the promposal Baz was planning from the decorations arriving late,not having much help with decorating and trying to not make layla suspicious.Baz even had to diy some decorations,after some hard work and the art classroom the promposal was finally finished.All there was left to do is bring layla there,and ask her out to the prom.Baz had asked kalvin to bring layla over here while the rest of people there would hide,layla was confused "kalvin where are you bringing me?" Baz walked up to laylas' house and knocked on the door,layla opened the door and said "finally your here,come inside the house its freezing outside."Baz walked in and saw a bunch of chirstmas stuff and nalanie,kalvin, and Amy sitting on a couch."Are we doing something for festives?" Layla says "ofcourse were doing something,were making ginger bread houses!"nalanie says,"I'm making the best ginger out of all of us for sure." Kalvin and Amy say "as if!" And everybody starts laughing. Everyone is in the kitchen making gingerbread houses.nalanies says, "kalvin! Leave my gingerbread house alone, or I swear I will smear frosting all over your face!" Bayla says,"Don't smear too much frosting on him,you still need to finish your gingerbread house."kalvin says,"I would just smear frosting on you too!" Amy says "my Taylor swift ginger bread houses is obviously better than all of your guys gingerbread houses combined" Baz says "don't lie to yourself,my gingerbread house is way better than yours let's be honest."nalanie says,"baz,your gingerbread house is just covered in black frosting and black decorations. Layla drags Baz into the empty classroom and pushes hun close to a wall. Baz says, "woah ,layla you good?" Layla says,"Here's your answer to that question earlier!" She says, kissing Baz. Baz widened his eyes at the kiss but settles into it.after a few seconds of the long kiss they stop.(that was the hardest scene I've ever had to wrote because of the second hand embarrassment for myself)layla says with a blush "does that answer your question well enough?" Baz says,"It does now, " and then they walk home together in comfortable slicene.
A/N :ahhh omg first chapter fully done?I'm so embrassed for writing that fr right. Noe but I hope you enjoyed the first chapter of this story,btw this was 2 weeks in total in case you thought this relationship was going way too fast.

Baz apologies once again, and then they walk to class and chat.baz says, "You have any idea why that teacher is balding?" Layla says,"No idea, but he definitely needs some extentions. " they both laugh, and then the class ends. For most of the day ,they were glued to each other like peanut butter and jelly. Baz says, "What does our relationship even mean atp?" Layla says,"What do you want us to be?" Baz says,"I don't know tbh." Layla says," "Do you want my honest opinion?" Baz says "yes!?!-" before getting dragged in an empty classroom.

The next day, layla came to school with a hood on her head, praying that she wouldn't be noticed by Baz. But she was,almost immediately, Baz gave layla a bouquet of flowers and a sorry note. Baz says, "Can we talk,please?" Layla takes the bouquet of flowers and says,"Fine. " they walk to a secluded corner, and Baz says that he sorry for being jealous. Layla says that she's not sure if she wouldn't forgive him yet but to wait tomorrow, and Baz says, "Okay and... I'm really sorry." Layla walks to her class and just can't focus for the entire day. She comes home and goes to her room and decides to forgive Baz and move on from the incident.

It was baz!(dun,dun,dun!) I mean jealously is only natural when your trying to get with an oblivious girl but back to the story.baz waited until the random boy was alone to tell to stay away from layla or esle. The boy shakily nodded his head then scramed away out the doors.the next day at school layla tried to talk to the kid but to no avail were her pleas heard.the random boy passed a note to her right before the end of class,the note read *I'm sorry but I cannot talk to you anymore or something bad will happen to me* layla was oblivious but not that oblivious and there's only one person who could threaten that boy. Layla thinks *it was totally Baz we were just talking to each other nothing more!,I can't believe that he would, but I know it's him who did it!* layla ran over to Baz and pulled him to a corner. Layla says, "You know if you wanted to try and date me, at least try to be kind to others!" Baz tries to explain himself but to avail as Layla completely shuts that down. "You know! I thought you were different that you were kind,nice, and smart, but it turns out you're just like the rest of the guys at this school! I can't believe I actually trusted you! Baz says, "Wait!" But layla is already running to her home crying.she cries on her pillow for a while before falling asleep.

Layla got up from the morning strangely giddy.she didn't know why,she even picked out a decent outfit than her usual fits. She walked into school to be immediately bombarded by Baz spooking her."ahh!,Why the fuck would you spook me like that!" Baz says "sorry,but either way you were gonna get spooked if your zoning out and not paying attention to stuff and me" Layla says "paying attention to you? In your dreams,you wasp"baz says "why are you so dressed up today?" Layla says "because I just wanted to be extra today" Baz says "I hope your doing this for yourself and not anyone esle but me,I wouldn't want you falling for someone esle would i?" Layla says,"This is not for you or anyone else!"Layla said with a slight blush but faded away quicker than it was on her face. Layla's says "Anyway, I have to get to class now,see ya!" Layla walks to her class sitting down and the random boy next to her decides to flirt with her and Layla obvious to the flirting is just enjoying the convo Layla and the random boy walk out of class together not knowing there was someone watching them.

Layla says, "amy, I'm just so confused right now." Amy says, "About what?" Layla then explains what has been happening over these 2 days. Amy says, "Oh! You guys are definitely falling in love with each other!!!" Layla says,"No way,he would never like me that way!" Layla thinks *would he?* but shrugs it off, Layla then says,"Thanks for the advice, amy, but I've got to go home now,bye!" Amy says bye back as Layla walks to her house then goes to her room to once again belly flop on her bed and internally scream in her pillow.

She was halfway through the first chapter when the book gets snatched up into the air, and layla looks up to see who could have done it. It was baz "hey lost honeybee what are you reading?" Layla says,"Hey! Give me my novel back. wtf!" As Layla tries to grab her novel to no avail untol baz said."Hmm, didn't take you as a romance novel kind of girl? Thought you would be a slice of life one." Layla finally gets the romance novel back and says,"What's I read is none of your business!"baz says"Woah don't get all cranky on me, miss honeybee." After the end of school ,layla would walk the entrance and realize it's raining but she has no umbrella but,before she could get wet,by the rain an umbrella protected her from rain.its was Baz's umbrella "sorry,I just couldn't help myself you looked like a lost bee stumbling out of its hive and I couldn't just not help" Layla says "thanks,but I'm pretty sure I would be fine without your help anyways." Baz says "it's no fun to tease you when your all grumpy like that" Baz says poking her face.layla blushes a little but it's quickly fades away."I am not grumoy!,if anything your more grumpy!"Baz laughs a little before they finally reach layla's house Baz says"well, time for you go back home you lost bee." Layla says "and time for you to go back home ,you wasp!" Baz laughs as he just walks back to his home.layla runs to her room before belly flopping on her bed ,(but not before taking her shoes off dw) to internally scream in her pillow about what just the fuck happened.
