Leveraging over 25 years in custom home construction, Dave Leonti has an eye for what makes a home attractive to buyers. In addition to staging services, he consults on potential touch-ups, including minor repairs and fresh coats of paint for walls.
In addition to his role as a broker, Dave Leonti owns and serves as a project manager with Casa Dolce Homes in Sammamish, Washington. Among other duties, he is responsible for creating budgets and timelines for remodeling homes that the company plans to sell at an increased market price. Given his experience in construction, he has a sense for which properties could turn a profit with slight remodeling and is able to complete the process from acquisition to close of sale in four months.
He first gained experience in building custom homes as owner of Dave Leonti Construction, for which he built ground-up properties and completed all aspects of the build from surveying to financing and engineering. In addition to his construction involvement, he gained valuable experience in risk assessment and turning profits as a broker and trader for six years with San Francisco's Carlin Financial Group.

A wine tasting provides a tranquil, educational, and entertaining way to socialize with friends and relax. If you are preparing for your first wine tasting, consider these three tips to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying experience.
1. Contact the Winery. While many wineries are open to the public, others require reservations for tastings. Either consult the winery’s website or give it a call to learn how it handles tastings.
2. Dress the part. When it comes to clothing, going for a casual business look helps keep things classy while also adds to a relaxed atmosphere. Also, leave the perfumes and colognes at home.
