in my defence i am emotionally battered but i push through

forgot to update my blog

barely studied because i was feeling so shit

today i made progress through unit 2 of my compsci module - binary conversion, boolean values, logarithmic scale, bytes, moore's law

i am comfortable enough with the process of converting binary into decimal numbers however i dont think it will be something i generally will be using like... ever, so i guess i can use it as a cool party trick to seem super mega smart :D

i need to finish unit 2 before october 4th so i can immediately work on my assignment once it becomes available. once thats finished i can put my focus into completing the statistics paper.

i want a mimo pro subscription so i can continue working on my cooooooooding, ive found that its the easiest way for me to understand python but its actually unbearable with the free version lol. but very mindful and demure of me to learn the difference between wanting something and needing something, so it isnt urgent and can wait (i also cant afford it rn so theres that lmao)

tomorrow im aiming to study for 6 hours. i also have to fit a 20 min pilates workout into there at some point..

A free website where you get specific problems to methodically learn small concepts of a programming language. Do 10 minutes to 1 hour every day, and then you will keep practicing every day, and you will be able to use the skills you learn in your real projects. They walk you through the problem all the way, and it's a super good way to learn!

i fully understand the unit 1 content in both modules so i'm pleased with my practice test, tomorrow i need to finish a tiny section using minitab and then i can start unit 2 for both modules

These notes are kinda old but they’re some of my favourites. Got my human biology mock exam in just over a week so I need to get this stuff into my head! So much coffee/tea has been consumed in the last few days. (Also the colour here is a bit of a nod to my favourite AFL team who have made the grand final! Which coincidentally is the weekend before my exams… whoops!)
