Hey guys something fucking bad happened

KOSA/the kids online safety act has been reintroduced into legislature after it passed Senate last year and then got snubbed. It is not unlike the bill that just passed in the UK a few weeks ago. If you don't want what happened in the UK to happen here, now would be a good time to vocally oppose it.

Here is a petition that can be signed by Americans. Attached to the petition is an easy tool that allows you to call and leave messages for your representatives. I have already done so. You can also email your representatives by searching for their name, most have message submission boards as well. This thing died once, it can die again.

Please sign/share the petition and contact your representatives.

So, it's happened. AI age guessing, which I warned was coming all the way back in May, has began to roll out.

Right now, it's on YouTube only- but it'll come to Google itself by the end of the year.

If you enjoy children's' shows, YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN DANGER. Your interests are not safe because they are not normal.

Once again I must advise:

Engage in children's content only when signed out. This tracking is purely account-based.

Call Google, and YouTube, to tell them how displeased you are about this. Tell them with vitriol- they do not deserve politeness. Write emails, scores of them, as well, but call them first and foremost. (Rumor has it that, if you are trapped by a bot, saying a swear and then the word "human" will get you patched through to a real person.)

Search for alternatives to Google Chrome, Google Search, and every function an account can provide. Type these queries into the search engine a few more times than usual, to give them a little heart attack. They deserve it.

SPREAD THIS NEWS. Not just on Tumblr- spread it on every platform you have. And real life is a platform, too.

Research and support youth liberation and youth rights. This is an attack on minors' free access of the Internet- any other consequences, however detrimental to the common man or beneficial to the company, are merely side-effects.

HELLO GGG AND MCR FANS OF TUMBLR

Last night, July 27th 2025, a plushie of Inspekta from Great God Grove was spotted at an MCR show. Not just spotted though, actively held up by Gerard Way during the final song of set, Kids From Yesterday.

I am not an MCR fan. I am, however, a GGG fan. So naturally, when I heard from this tweet:

that apparently Gerard Way themself brought it on stage, I knew I had to verify.

Here's what I, with help from @toffeeandtatertots, were able to find.

Gerard Way WAS NOT holding Inspekta when the plushie was brought on stage. They did, however, seemingly direct someone else to place Inspekta for him.

I scanned as much footage as I could find, primarily from the YouTube channel Crashlove77x and the full show recording by Rholedz.

This unofficial setlist on Instagram was also extremely helpful for figuring out the timeline of events.

See, all the clips of Inspekta are from Kids From Yesterday, which is the final song of the show from what I can tell. In any video taken from the front side of the stage, though, you can usually make out Inspekta sitting in front of the drum set during the second half of the show.

I was also able to find the moment Inspekta was actually brought on stage, after the intermission.

You can pretty clearly see Gerard Way direct someone to place something in front of the drum set, which I'm pretty sure has to have been Inspekta.

When I mentioned on twitter that Gerard Way directed someone to place the plushie, the user who started my whole search replied with this:

In conclusion, yeah that's definitely Gerard Way's plushie. Or at least the plushie of someone they know. What The Fuck.

Also please look at the footage for Kids From Yesterday because it's hilarious. Like seriously it looks like he grabbed the plushie on a whim.
