The special edition will come with a monthly calendar, though I think it's unlikely it'll be new artwork as the listing on Amazon JP mentions ('famous scenes from the manga featuring popular characters'). But I will definitely be hunting around for images to confirm what it looks like when it releases!

I wonder if hot Zahhak is going to be an hommage to the 90's sorceror. I always liked his design

The entire fandom here is loosing its mind currently over hot Zahhak (still can't wrap my mind around that thought lmao)

134 lightning round:

Arakawa really went HAM on the creep and horror factor for the monkeys. I AM SACRED SHITLESS. GET AWAY FROM THEEEEEMMMM.

Man, was the Peshawar cut a red harring but the cut back to Kishward with what they said nearly made me fall out of my seat! I thought I would have a bingo! Which I would have hated. Very very hated.

The fight between Kishward and Imposter Manucher really made me tense up so much because we would probably lose Kishward and... lets just say my poort heart.

But the circle still sketched in in Manuchers head did take me out of it a tad

This one pulled me back in though and made me go : "UEeeeueheeEUHEUHEUBHHEHUUAAAAAAAaaa"

The ending of their fight was really fitting and made me feel satisfied. Now we know how to deal with them! (It still didn't become easier)

I also like that Kishward isn't too hung up on losing his arm either. Makes me cope with it better lol

Now the set up between Tus and Kahyr! Wonderful! Will probably see it in the next chapter that has yet to come out...

Now 135:

Love that we don't immeditaly get right back into the Tus vs Kahyr fight but rather check up on some other characters and what they actually see from the terror apes

Also love how they all care for each other just because they follow the same lord (or have depts to said lord)

this is, unironically, one of my favourit panels from the chapter. It is the composition, the exprassion on the soldiers face. Zarawants speech. It is just *mwuah* so good!

Jimsa, of course, being there for the battle glory. I would also feel proud of the prospect of getting a reward for killing all these freaky fuckers (if I, ya know, wouldn't be dead in a matter of seconds lol)

And what do we see first of the fight between Tus and Kahyr? Thats right, the damage and power Tus has with his chain. YES!

Tus mind working over time coming up with a sutable strategy. He at least has the edvantage of having wittnessed Kishwards fight so he knows a little what to expact.

Tus being nearly overrun by Kahyr and the apes made me scream like Kishward and his man.

Loved the panel where Zarawants men and Jimsaw rush in to help Kishward and his men against the apes!

Etoile really is strong! Holding off the winged ape to help the girl! My baabbyyy is so grooowwwnn nooowwww! *sobs hystarically like only a mother being proud of their child could*

Love that he saw Etoile being selfless and going in to protect the people, factually their enemies, and decided that he was done wallowing in self-pity and havig no spine!
