So I was on TikTok and saw a video discussing theories on Caitlyn and the vents. Mostly talking about if they thought Caitlyn thought jinx might be alive. I saw a commenter say that they thought Caitlyn knew Jinx was alive but wasn’t going to tell Vi so she wouldn’t go after her. And everyone in the comments were agreeing with them.
I’m sorry…THE FUCK?!
That is literally the worst possible outcome! Sure fine, maybe in this scenario Caitlyn is looking out for Vi and wants the best for her. But here’s the thing, that is Vi’s choice to make. If she wants to go after Jinx or not, that’s her decision! Caitlyn can’t control vi because that’s what she believes is best! That is toxic behavior and is sickening. If I learned someone I loved thought that even for a chance that the last person I loved was still alive but decided not to tell me for my own good, I’d kill them. It would be one thing if Caitlyn told Vi and she decided not to but the fact that people think it would be a good decision for Caitlyn to not tell Vi her sister might be alive because she didn’t want her to go after her is just icky.

Does anyone else find it astonishing that Caitlyn never stops a second to reflect on how fucked up it is to shove a 16-year-old teenager into a prison that is implied to be horrifically brutal and leave her there for seven years? That she never takes a moment to consider what the story of the woman she claims to love says about the system she is willingly enforcing? Even rejecting and physically assaulting the woman she claims to love over?
Because, when she rejects and assaults Vi, it’s not just a personal betrayal—it’s a reinforcement of the very power dynamics that keep Zaunites subjugated. She chooses the system over Vi and can only be with Vi because Vi makes herself so little, she almost disappears and can finally fit into the brutal, exclusive hierarchies Caitlyn enforces. Vi’s ability to survive in Caitlyn’s orbit depends on her willingness to suppress her own identity and experiences—essentially erasing the parts of herself that don’t align with Piltover’s values and expectations.
She may allegedly regret some of her own choices as an individual, but she never seems to think the system she enforces is fundamentally and beyond redemption or reform broken.
I think, sometimes, the things you don't do say more about you than the things you do.

Briana Boston didn't threaten anyone.
When my grandmother was sent a death threat through text message, I reported it to the police. The officer told me that "it's not considered a death threat unless the message mentions a weapon and a deadline".
As a result, they didn't do anything. Not even a verbal warning to that person.
Or, there's a double standard when it comes to billionaires and big corporations. Who'd have thought.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office deliberately misled people into believing that Briana Boston had been released without charges. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

The traveler in the final shape really was like. “I am not a god I do not have answers for you I’m sorry for placing this burden on you I love you I will give you the tools to defend me and humanity but it’s your choice what to do with them I’m scared I’m terrified but I will stand here and wait for the end because I’m done running you are my final argument I love you I love you I love you.” And I was really supposed to just be okay with that.

Health insurance inflicts more terror, pain, trauma, and suffering than we know.
If you had a seven year old who died because billionaires needed to be persuaded to give him life-saving care and they took too long, you would walk this Earth forever thinking of how your child suffered. For what? Shareholder profit?
Health insurance has to be phased out immediately and replaced with Medicare For All.
Health care good enough for Congress is good enough for all of The People.

More clever easter eggs in Arcane s2:
We see a blue gemlike object embedded in Jayce's wrist, which seems to be exacerbating his rage:
This is clearly meant to reference the Play button in the League of Legends client:
Likewise, Viktor's restorative powers are mostly white with a smattering of other colors, a subtle reference to the color palette you might see when uninstalling League from your computer
#another good thing to come out of arcane#it got me to stop playing league#i feel like j cole after dipping from the kendrick beef
