no offence but the kiss in 2x12 is my absolute favourite. even tho you can’t see it happen, the softness and vulnerability in nico’s reaction to it is so clear to see and emotional since they haven’t been on good terms for a couple days now so she isn’t expecting it.  

i mean, look at her face!! she’s so soft for karolina and it shows completely!! and then when they go in for another kiss, it’s not as hesitant and they both hold onto each other so tightly

in conclusion, i love this scene and no one can say they don’t love each other

Let’s talk a bit about how Karolina told Nico that she should embrace her darkness. I admit I was very surprised at first. I thought that Karolina would go in the classical way. Tell Nico how the darkness doesn’t define her, how she has light inside and so on. But the more I think about it the more I understand that Karolina’s response was perfect and exactly what Nico needed.

We are raised to believe that light is good and darkness is evil and on some level Nico also believed this.. That the darkness inside her made her evil, that there was something wrong with her. That she would have to fight  it and here comes Karolina and dismisses this entire concept. Karolina who despite being mad at her the days before doesn’t even hesitate to say that there is nothing wrong with the darkness. That there is nothing wrong with her.

And this means so much because I have no doubt that Nico considers Karolina to be a truly good person. Probably the best she knows with her kindness,her empathy, her warmth and for such a person to tell her that it’s ok to accept the darkness, that it’s ok for it to be part of her…..I think this helped Nico immensely
