In 2013, Sa’fyre Terry was severely burned in an arson fire that killed her siblings and father, who died while covering her with his body.

Recently, the now 8-year-old told her family the only present she wanted was Christmas cards and that she “couldn’t wait” to fill up a thrift store Christmas tree stand with them.

A family friend posted her wish to social media, and hundreds of thousands of cards, letters, and packages arrived from those affected by her story, including $388,000 in donations for her care.

In one of those packages was the favorite teddy bear of a 5-year-old boy in Hong Kong, who sent it to Sa'fyre with a note that said “Let’s be friends.” The family is sending the teddy bear back to him along with a “friend” so the bear doesn’t get lonely on the long trip.

She’s also received gifts and messages from Michael Buble, Tim Allen (The Santa Claus himself!) the Boston Celtics, the Memphis Grizzlies, and the St. Louis Cardinals, as well as the casts and crews of NCIS: Los Angeles and The Vampire Diaries.

For Hiro Mashima's Sake

I think the guy needs some serious vacations or more sleeping hours. I think we should have a day where everyone tells him to go to sleep and it will be okay, that no matter how he draws fairy tail we would still love the manga. And we should draw or send him fairy tail characters in pijamas or sleeping. And we should do it within a month or two, to spread the word and this time sucessfully get the message to him on twitter, and if you dont got twitter we can get comissioned people to tweet the drawings of those who dont have. And this time people could spread the word to the other fairy tail fandom across the world, even to the japanese.And it would be really organized so everyone can at least doodle something. Its just a random idea but the guy needs rest, we dont want him collapsing or to die on us.
