Here's some fan art of Tessa's version in Ad Astra Per Aspera by Lady Daybreaker (seriously, check out her story series on AO3, which follows most of the canon, with a little surprise twist at the end, you won't regret it!). It's a true masterpiece.

Tessa's character is incredibly well written and developed: she's a tough Aussie girl who doesn't hesitate to put herself in the worst situations (much to the despair of her aunt Ava and J) and shoot a genocidal robot demon (even if it cost her an arm!). She's everything the series portrayed her to be, and more: courageous, stubborn, a little traumatized, and pretty wacky.

So there you have it, my little tribute to a character I particularly love ^_^

Absolutely not.

She also doesn't hesitate to use her shovel against gangs or those who insult her family. Like Uzi (who is a close friend/almost a sister to her), she quickly gains a reputation as a weirdo. Regarding the rumors that she is a former human, she is comfortable with N, V, and J (which is most surprising given the latter's harsh nature, and the only one who can make her smile).

It appears that Tessa does not only have communication issues with humans.

I am amused by the thought that V and J might have nicknames because of their beauty: the bloody beauty (V) and the ice queen (J).

J is someone who takes great care of her appearance, and she strives to be presentable at all times (except when she wakes up).

After being plunged into a coma, Uzi faces the Solver one last time. She fights it as Robo-Satan takes on a gigantic, monstrous form, and miraculously manages to defeat and weaken it.

To ensure that it causes no further trouble, she decides to absorb it completely to annihilate the consciousness of this thing.

Now, will it work?

She doesn't like people to see or touch these areas - which are very sensitive - because it's unpleasant, even painful.

Here's a tender moment with N and his little princess (she loves climbing on her daddy's shoulders, because he's really tall!).

N loves spending time with his beloved daughter and playing with her (and Dell when he agrees to join them; sometimes Uzi if the game is interesting). They go for walks together and play jokes. Their shared hobby is drawing; N has taught her, and Arrow has become incredibly talented.

Arrow is also very fond of her father, and can be incredibly aggressive if anyone in her school speaks ill of him or her family (there are still Workers drones who don't accept DDs and their children).

N is very proud of his little girl and gives her a lot of freedom, but he can sometimes worry about her being reckless (surprisingly, it's Uzi who's more stressed about this.) He'd do anything to protect her and her brother (even slaughter a whole group of raider drones who attacked them once when the dronelings snuck into town). This is literally one of the rare occasions when N could lose his temper, becoming violent and merciless.

It's because N piloted a spaceship that Arrow dreams of space travel.

Let's just say this guy deserved it (he tried to kill Khan and Nori went wild.) Plus, it was during an evening they were supposed to spend together (celebrating their wedding and Nori's return to her body.)

Nori... didn't take it well.

Even V was in awe of such savagery (they had to pick up what was left of the Worker, small parts).

Warning spoilers:

Here's a sketch from chapter 9 of the fanfiction. It's absolutely brilliant and I really recommend it (where after the events MD everyone on Copper-9 is dead, Uzi ends up alone and travels to another dimension, where she died fighting the Solver but everyone survived).

The story is very angst-ridden at the moment, the quality of the writing is incredible, the characters are very faithful to the originals and it's a universe really close to canon. So there you have it!

And here's an argument between Nori and Uzi (when the latter accidentally went into the room of her deceased alternate version).

This is the end of the SOFT series as I imagine it:

After much time has passed, centuries, most of the original cast, except for N and Uzi, have faded away and finally Disconnected (equivalent to death)

The drone civilization was rebuilt and greatly expanded; after everything seemed to be going well, N and Uzi finally decided that it was time for the next generation to carry on, and that they could finally rest.

So they asked their son Dell Doorman, the Solver's second Host, to sever their connection with the entity. Then they lived apart from society, to enjoy the time they had left. And after a while, sensing their final moments approaching, N and Uzi returned to the tree where N proposed to Uzi that she become his wife.

They eventually passed away together; their son grew flowers on the frozen ground, and even created two stars in their honor. And their daughter Arrow Doorman makes sure the place stays peaceful.
