THE END IS NIGH.
My time has come the end is nigh,
And lightning shreds the angry sky.
There's no one here, alone am I,
No one has come to say goodbye.
Alone in life now alone in death,
I took the chance, I placed the bet,
Now I go away, my sun has set,
And I leave this world with no regret.
With no regret? No that's not true,
I have to go away from you,
And there's so much more I'd like to do,
Before my time on earth is through.
Both time and death, they will not wait,
The Reaper does not hesitate,
His wagon waits outside my gate,
I have to go, it's getting late.

SILENT PAIN.

Somewhere along the way,
We began to drift apart,
We ran out of things to say,

We lived in a silent cloud,
Both lost in gloomy mist,
And the silence was so loud,
As it screamed from silent lips.

We both knew where we were going,
In the caverns of our minds,
And the silence just kept growing,
