Transformers One AU where Ratchet was a recognized medic, and miner Wheeljack (who was an inventor/engineer in secret) was his little buddy who snuck out to talk to him

After the miners got their cogs, nothing really changed between them (except Wheeljack can get in Ratchet space much easier now)
