I really REALLY like to think Edgeworth visited Phoenix very often to a point where he even considered making a duplicate of the keys for him to keep but most importantly and due to this, I headcanon Edgeworth was the one who helped Phoenix with his AA5/6 attire, like, he was the one to approve the waistcoat and also tell him to leave his little front hair be, because "messy suits him better"

my favorite trilogy Edgeworth trait is his necessity to pretend he's so fucking fed up with Phoenix when he's the #1 down bad guy like

"I can't believe it didn't ocurr to you before, Wright" "(I'm gonna stay here for a bit so that he can ask me anything and I'll share all the info I know about the case)"

"I'm gonna demoralize him and make him wonder why he stands in court because I actually care about helping him"

Started redrawing these two pages from the vol. 2 Ace Attorney Casebook manga back in June and kinda left it on the back burner for a while. Finally finished it! This was fun! And I think it turned out nice, although there are changes I’d make if I did it again. There are so many more moments from the manga I want to draw, but probably not to this extent
