OKAY FINE i think its insane that many of the younger dsmp creators who were, quick reminder, at the most sixteen calendar years old when the crazy shit started, are not only still in the general content creation sphere but are still being held to talking about the semi-traumatic definitely-mindfuck-y events that happened in the past three to four years. and they’re not just being held to it they’re being subtly encouraged to talk about it. obviously no one’s holding a gun to their head and if they’re making peace through that vulnerability all the more power to them. but also. like it’s not a strange weird occurrence that the biggest tommyinnit clip from this year was probably the part of the episode where they shat on dream. when all the wilbur shit came out people were being fucking Weird about people like tommy (SPECIFICALLY TOMMY.) not immediately publicly responding. and that’s not even mentioning the mere sentence “i saw the bed where technoblade died and it made me worried about dying too” which is such a fucking guy punch of a sentiment to put into the public sphere i will be unwell* about it forever. it feels fucked up and i can’t really articulate exactly why because we all seem pretty chill and fine about it but it just does. i feel like im watching a horror movie and the protagonist has no choice but to keep walking into the fucked up scary house and the shadowy crowd in the theater watching the movie is like yyyesssss go into that house and i’m like NO! GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! but by watching the movie even if it’s just checking in every month or so im keeping them in the house???? does that make any sense?????

tl;dr i feel really really awful for every mcyt who was a minor in 2021/2022 and i think they should each be able to kill one dude. like they should all get one
