Dani whimpered, biting her lip and pouting. "It's all so big. Too big. Please, Rachel? Too big." She wiggled closer, playing with Rachel's hair and starting to suck on her thumb.

Rachel let Dani go once she bit her, sighing she rubbed the spot. Moving over to Dani she gently picked her up once more. “Dani, this is home now. Now come on, calm down sweetie, everything is fine”

"No, Rachel! No scary! Want to go home! Take me home now!" She whined and growled, eventually just biting Rachel's shoulder hard before pushing away to look around. There was really no way out that didn't scare her, so she just dropped back to the ground and started sobbing.

"Dani honey, you’re fine. You are okay, we need to get to the apartment and then it’ll be quite and they’ll be no people or buildings okay? But you’ve gotta tough it out with me until then" she said softly.

"Too much. Rachel, is too much! Take back. Back out. Watch movie! Movie now!" She whined and cried, clinging to Rachel. There was too much around her and she didn't know how to handle it. Things didn't move slow in New York.

Rachel felt her heart break as she watched Dani, reaching down she gently picked the girl up, holding her close. “Shhh you’re okay, it’s okay Dan. I know it’s a lot different but it’ll be okay,”

Dani shivered, looking around and staring at the new environment. The center was so secluded and even the little town next to it was small. But, there were people and cars everywhere. And the buildings were giant. She dropped down as soon as she'd taken it all in, gripping Rachel's legs tightly. "Too much! Too much!"

Rachel was beyond relieved when Dani seemed to be okay, softly kissing her head. “We’re gonna be okay,” she whispered as she stroked Dani’s hair as the girl slept. When they landed the leaned over, very gently kissing Dani awake. “We’re here sweetie, are you ready to see New York?” she asked softly.

She whined, still getting used to technology and not remembering some things until Rachel coaxed her. Dani picked a movie and sat still most of the time, even ending up falling asleep during it so she mostly just wound up curling against Rachel for the biggest part of the fight.

"No honey, remember what we talked about. No putting stuff in your mouth" she commented gently taking the headphones out. "Remember when we listened to music in bed that night? And we put those little things in our ears? That’s what this is honey," she explained. Helping Dani get the headphones set up before doing up her seat belt for her. "And see when you pick the movie you want you just lightly touch the screen," she commented as she showed the girl the selection of movies.

Dani nodded, staring at everything and trying to figure out what Rachel was even talking about. She took the headphones as soon as Rachel got them, sticking one side into her mouth and trying to figure out what it was. She was confused by everything on the plane and she really wasn't sure if she liked it or not.

"That’s my girl," she said kissing Dani’s cheek before leading her to the gate, handing the person their tickets she hummed as she walked with Dani on to the plane. Finding their seats she bit her lip, figuring she better take the window just in case Dani freaked out. Sitting down she patted the seat next to her. "Alright babe, do you need help with the seatbelt?" she asked as she bought a pair of headphones for Dani to watch her movie.

"Watch movie. Go up and watch movie there." She bit her lip, sighing and reaching her hand out for Rachel's. "Go up. Is okay. Won't hurt. But, be careful too. Will be okay with Rachel though."

"I know honey but the sun is way way way way up! We won’t even be close to it. I promise it won’t hurt and it’ll be really fast okay?" she said softly. "And they even have tvs so you can watch a show or a movie if you want to"

"But, they said it goes in the air. It's gonna hit the sun, Rachel. The sun is up in the air and it burns. That's where the sun is. Don't you remember it?" She whined, pouting and crossing her arms. "It's gonna hurt up there, Rachel."

"Dani we can’t walk sweetie, we have to go this way. And the box is only to protect Piggy, it’s not bad I promise. And I promise that we won’t get hurt. It’ll go by super fast and you might even like it," she pointed out

Dani whined, pausing and looking up at Rachel nervously. "Go inside big thing? Is big. Will fall in air. Hurt Rachel. Dani, too. Don't go. Piggy has to go away and stay in bad box. They scare my piggy. Stay here. Walk to New York with Rachel. Come, Rachel." She tugged at Rachel's arm, pointing out.

Chuckling at the kiss Rachel gently kissed Dani’s hand. The walk was rather nice, it was nice to just take in everything for the last time, because Rachel had no plans on ever coming back here. Once they arrived at the airport they got their bags checked as she bought their tickets. “Ready honey?” she asked giving Dani a smile.

Dani nodded, knowing that she'd checked everything over four times before coming back for Rachel. "Got everything. Is okay. Promise, Rachel." She smiled, nodding and kissing Rachel's nose before quieting down to just stare at everything that was changing around them.

"You have all your stuff Dani?" she asked glancing around the room, making sure the girl didn’t leave any drawings or anything behind. Taking Dani’s hand she lead her outside, glancing at the building one last time before smiling at Dani. "I knew we’d get out one day and we’re finally doing it" she said happily as she started walking towards town with Dani, since they’d end up at the airport.

"Piggy will like New York, too." She nodded, giggling and wiggling closer to Rachel as they left. There were some friends, but she didn't care about anyone as much as Rachel. That was the one that she wanted to leave with and that was what was finally happening.

Rachel had already started packing a few of their things earlier in the week, but she let Dani pack up the rest of her stuff as she started stuffing her own bags once more. “Yep honey we’re going to New York. We’ve already got a place waiting for us and everything, and yes you can bring Piggy”

Dani nodded, smiling and giggling. "I get to stay with Rachel now." She signed with her best handwriting, even though that was also pretty shaky still. They sent them to get their things before leaving and Dani was fast about it, grabbing up everything and smiling widely at Rachel. "New York? Come to New York. Bring piggy."

Rachel couldn’t help but beam as she hugged Dani tightly. “You did it Dani! I’m so proud of you, I knew you could do it.” she hummed as she kissed her temple. “Sure sweetie, I’m sure you’ll have to sign some part of it,” she commented as she climbed up with Dani, gently setting the girl down she took her hand as they followed the staff to the front desk, Reading over the paper carefully Rachel knew this was a big responsibility but she loved Dani and she was ready to spend the rest of their lives together. Quickly signing the bottom she grinned, hanging Dani the pen. “You can sign right here sweetie,” she said as she pointed to the spot for Dani to sign.

She nodded, smiling a little and wiggling closer to Rachel as they said it was alright as long as Rachel signed the papers promising to take responsibility for Dani. "Can I sign too, Rachel? Please? I wanna sign my name, too."

Rachel frowned a little, stroking Dani’s hair. “But you did good honey, I’m very proud of you,” she said kissing her cheek gently. Glancing at the staff she bit her lip. “So? Can we leave?”

She whined, pouting and looking up at Rachel. "Was bad. They showed me Master. I got upset though. I'm with Rachel now. That's what I said. Told them with Rachel. Wanted to come back to Rachel. That's all. Just back to Rachel."

"You’ll be okay Dani, I know you can do it" she said giving her a kiss on the cheek before watching her go. Rachel waited nervously for Dani to come back, instantly wrapping the girl up she kissed her temple. "How did it go?"

"Missed Rachel." She smiled, giggling and bouncing up to kiss her before they asked her to go with them. Dani pouted, whining and staring up at Rachel before going with them. She sat in the chair, trying to answer correctly. They showed her pictures of things, trying to see how she would react. She felt she was doing well until they got to the picture of her old master. "Master there? Is Master." Crawling from her chair, she sat in front of the picture and cocked her head at it. "My Master. Is bad. Rachel said is bad. No more." They took her back to Rachel, letting her crawl into her lap so she could curl up there. "With Rachel."

Rachel was rather nervous about this, she knew this could either make or break herself and Dani getting out. And there was no way she was leaving without Dani. But she’d been doing really good lately, she was acting better, they’d been reading and learning all kinds of words. Rachel had even been showing Dani pictures of the places they could visit in New York. Rachel had a lot of faith that Dani would be just fine. After her questioning was over, about an hour later she quickly headed back to the room, very happy to see Dani there. “Hey beautiful, I missed you”

"Come back soon, Rachel." She whined, pouting and looking down at her pig. "Love piggy." Dani sat on the bed, rolling around in little circles as she waited for Rachel to come back. It was time that she needed to act better, so she needed to remember how.

Glancing up at the orderly she nodded, gently setting Dani on the bed she knelt down. Cupping her cheeks and staring into her eyes. “Hey, I promise I’m coming right back for you” she said kissing Dani gently. “I love you baby girl,” she whispered before following the orderly out of the room.
