its okay if you cant really answer this but im nagito and i just got memories of kokichi ab*sing me (TW? hed insult me and hit me a lot). i dont even know how i knew him but i loved him a lot and ive been sitting around uselessly for almost the entire day since i remembered it and i dont really know what to do. if you have any advice itd be greatly appreciated

All I can advise is that you take a moment to yourself, think of relaxing things, and avoid those who remind you of this event for the time being; I wish you a speedy recovery

One thing I can also recommend is a nice bath or doing something you enjoy to keep your mind off of things- I'm sure you don't really want to think about this.
