my personal dr/mlp opinion is that hajime/naegi/komaeda would be blank flanks... it just makes sense to me because like, komaeda would use it as proof of his worthlessness. hajime would be insecure about it because like, everyone else his age already has one and it makes him feel left out. naegi gets his cutie mark with the title of ultimate hope (which also turns him to an alicorn because of coursezies)

my silly utdp universe idea: souda and sonia work to direct competing musicals at the school, them being starship (souda) and firebringer (sonia)...

hajime is bug (due to their similarities), gonta is roach, komaeda is february (due to lack of girls in this production), souda casts himself as krayonder, momota is up, chihiro is specs, harukawa is taz, naegi is tootsie, ikusaba is megagirl, tanaka is pincer, ouma is junior, saihara is the helper bug, and so on

meanwhile chabashira is zazzalil, tojo is jemilla, yumeno is keeri, pekoyama is chorn, mioda is shwoopsie, asahina is tiblyn, kiibo is grunt, iruma is emberly, hagakure is ducker, leon is smelly-balls (a role he takes very seriously, and so on

oowada volunteers to build the sets, and ishimaru helps, shirogane works costuming, with celestia as backup, maizono does choreography as well as helping akamatsu with the arrangements
