We managed to squeeze in this year’s Christmas brunch amidst the busy lives we live. It was good seeing everyone’s smiling faces. Have a meaningful Christmas and a merry new year! #4keeps #friends #Christmas2017 (at Little Flour Café)

Some things that you cannot do in haste- cheesecake. Instructions said to mix ingredients gradually so as not to introduce so much air. Temperature has to be at a constant 325 degrees while keeping them in a water bath to gently let the fat from the cheese and cream “cook” with the proteins from the eggs to form the smooth cake texture. If not, air bubbles will rise up too fast and escape from the surface that will cause it to crack and eventually sink.

This year’s rubber stamp turned out amazing right to the littlest detail! They got my design, put it in their computer to be printed, zapped it in their rubber stamp maker contraption, assembled including putting the ink, all within 10 minutes (since I was the only customer that time). 👌🏼 #digistamps #digistampsph (at SM Megamall)
