Homemade creamy chicken noodle soup, I do enjoy a soup that requires a fork! Pasta lunch, whole wheat penne in a sauce I made from diced mushrooms, grated courgette, shallot, garlic, lentils and some of the roasted tomatoes I made a couple of days ago. Roasted cherry tomato spaghetti for dinner tonight, using up tomatoes and chilies from the garden, slow roasted in extra virgin olive oil with garlic, to make an instant sauce, I added some cream that needed using up and wholesome whole meal spaghetti, which I really enjoy with vegetable pastas, hubby not so much 🙄, topped off with generous shavings of Parmesan and fresh basil from the garden, delicious, simple and healthy!
