-Effie James Cooper grew up in the foster care system. A car accident took her parents at a young age. She didn’t really follow the rules of it but she ended up ditching the system at sixteen to live on the streets. She stole what was needed or ate out of trash bins. -Shes been all over the place since she doesn’t have a set home. Ireland was her favorite after she got lucky sneaking on a flight. Once she stayed in California she met a group of kids she stuck to but that ended in trouble. She was nearly killed by a vampire that attacked the group and she ended up running for it. Ending up in San Fran meant trying to find safety. -She’s a good friend but has a hard time trusting others. Once she warms up it’s all good. Very adventurous to a fault since it gets her into trouble. Avid comic book reader. -Typical style is black ripped jeans, some converse sneakers, and hoodies or plaint-shirts. Some band tshirts too. She has her septum pierced as that was her act of rebellion at fifteen. She gets she probably has to grow up at some point but she’s good with the way she is for now. -Working as a waitress now she’s trying to actually dedicate herself to something and not run per usual. -Only been in San Fran a few days now. She’s just getting around to exploring and enjoying the place. She stays at a motel for now after exchanging shelter for her doing cleaning for the place in the evenings.
