Weigh👏🏼your👏🏼self
When you get on that scale. Look at the number, pay close attention to it.
1. Are you at your goal weight?
No. Then dont eat it.
2. Are you already at your goal weight?
Yes. Keep the pounds off and do not eat it.
This is a tip for myself. I dont want anyone to feel encouraged to do this.

Why I Want To Lose Weight.
i’ve seen a lot of people do this & thought i would too.
no double chin
nice collar bones
flat stomach
smaller stomach (so i dont eat as much)
skinny legs
looking good in a bathing suit, crop top, fitted shirt/dress, chokers, etc.
i wont be the fat friend
i can wear rings & theyll look cuter
oversized clothing will look cute rather than pathetic & gross on me
slimmer hands/fingers
even if a bad photo is taken of me, i wont look fat.
