I think Heidi Turner might be one of the best written characters. She actually feels like a real person and not just an afterthought. She's actually smart, she's compassionate, and she acts human. She doesn't even blame what she did on Cartman because she realized she let herself justify what she was doing. I wish the fandom talked more about her she might be one of my favorite characters.
