despite how happy i am being single i can’t lie about the fact the holidays got me feeling something. like ughhh wym im not dressed in matching pjs with some guy wrapping presents for our friends while wearing face masks and listening to SZAs new album. taking care of our friends and ourselves at the same time.

i want to cuddle with a guy and just breathe him in. i want to nap during an afternoon thunderstorm with the lights off and some candles lit. i want the ac making the room around us almost unbearably cold but that’s ok because we’re surrounded by a mountain of stuffies and underneath the warmest blankets. i want to lay my head on his chest and i want to feel his arms around me and i want to smell his cologne while we fall asleep. i want to feel safe and protected and i want to kiss the side of his neck so he knows that i love him even if i don’t say anything out loud.

i’d wake up first because we both know you aren’t capable of waking up before 10am.

i’ll stare in disbelief at the way the sun hits your face perfectly because i truly didn’t think you could glow any brighter.

i cannot wait to make our breakfast, being sure to make myself coffee so i have the energy to put up with you for the day but making you your fruit tea because despite being 18, you are somehow incapable of standing the bitterness of coffee.

i’ll wake you up and you’ll tell me to get the fuck away from you and i’ll laugh because even when you’re tired you are still just as shitty.

you’ll eventually wake up though, you’ll hug me and thank me for breakfast and i’ll say not to thank me because it is the bare minimum.

i cannot wait to lay on your bed while you yell about how you don’t know what to wear for our first real date and how you want us to match but i don’t own anything in blue.

i’ll tell you you look great in every outfit you put on and of course you’ll tell me to shut the fuck up because i *clearly* don’t know anything.

i’ll braid your hair into two braids and you’ll rest your head on my legs and i’ll scold you because i can tell you’re falling asleep but we still have the day ahead of us.

i cannot wait to grab your hand and walk out of the house. i’ll hand you an airpod and tell you to listen to the new song and found, it’ll be our song. always.

we’ll walk to a bakery and even though it’s 12pm, you’ll still ask for a slice of ice cream cake and even though i think it’s a gross decision, i’ll pay the $7 for it.

i cannot wait to take picture of you on a polaroid camera while you feed the turtles at the zoo. you’ll yell at me for the fifth time that day about how bad the picture is (it’s my favorite).

you’ll take one of me looking at an ant on the ground and i’ll complain about how it’s a bad angle (it’s your favorite).

i cannot wait to look at you lovingly when you order for me at a restaurant because i’ve gone mute and need a break.

we’ll walk home hand in hand laughing about the day and all the pictures we took.

when we get home we’ll lay in bed eating snacks and leftovers from the restaurant while watching the harry potter movies (again).

i *can* wait to wake you up because you fell asleep in my arms and you need to wash your makeup off but you look so peaceful that it feels criminal to wake you up.

you’re groggy and drained and i help your wash your face and tie your hair back. i’ll always help you.

we get in bed and you’re scrolling on your phone in the dark and i’m looking at you. i’ll tear up a bit knowing that we have two weeks of this and god only knows when it’ll happen again.

i cannot wait to tell you i am in love with you and how scared i am to lose you (i am) just for you to say that we are fine and will be because you love me just as much (you can’t, i know that).

The 80's songs poring through the record player while I brush a stray hair from their face, looking into their eyes before leaning in and brushing their lips woth mine before kissing them passionately.

I want to kiss him to the point where we gasp for air afterwards. To make sure that we belong to each other, every single breath is shared. Hushed words fall out our mouths as their fingers play with my hair, while I kiss their jaw slowly. If I could freeze a moment forever in my life, it would be this one. Under the covers and only using our body heat to stay warm is my favorite type of cuddle, clinging onto them like my life depended on it.

todays a weird day. I feel overly stressed and I miss having someone who I can go to as a charging station. I wanna just go up without needing words and for him to just understand I need a minute. Have him just hold me for a minute and continue whatever he’s doing while im just there.

Golden retriever: A bundle of sunshine and fun, needs ALL of your attention, would much rather prefer a nice walk in the park than cuddling and watching movies, always smiling and complimenting you. A love bug through and through.

German shepherd: Stoic, may seem like he doesnt like you but he actually adores you, loves to go out and adventure at nighttime, will kiss you when nobodies looking, doesnt talk much but once he gets comfortable he will be a loud mouth. Leather jackets and black jeans.

Shiba inu: Loves art and drawing, listens to alternative, starts many inside jokes, Wears vans, chaotic at nighttime, chaotic neutral in general, knows how to make people feel better, wants to vandalize things and graffiti sewers, video games, late-night diners with you.

Pomeranian: SHORT, Wants to always give you a hug, very touchy but its adorable, wears pastel colors and sometimes makeup, has a fuzzy pillow case, will cuddle a stranger, very cutesy until someone is rude to the one they love.

Poodle: Preppy and prissy, fashionable, sassy, listens to mainstream music but secretly doesnt like it that much, acts like they hate you but they get flustered when talking to you, lots of friends but no close ones, high-waisted jeans and adidas allstars.

Jack russell: Scrappy, always out and about, getting into fights with everyone, jeans are so ripped they might as well be shorts, barefoot outside, spends most of his time in the forest, freckles.

Pitbull: has a bad reputation but really isnt bad at all, “hey wanna go see a movie?”, Loves comic books, always super interested in one specific thing, The nice one in his family, gets bad grades on purpose even though hes smart.
