Where to Find the Most Magical Christmas Lights in Orlando
Where to Find the Most Magical Christmas Lights in Orlando
Being in Central Florida during the holidays is one of the most exciting places to be, especially with all of the special theme park things to do! Holidays also bring snowbirds, tourists and crowds unlike any other. With all the crowds and craziness, there are still some relatively unknown (but extra magical) things to do in the greater Orlando area during the holidays. My personal favorite that…

Local Orlando | Gatorlilly's Upscale Resale Boutique
Local Orlando | Gatorlilly’s Upscale Resale Boutique
Despite being from Washington State, I grew up with a huge love of Lilly Pulitzer and bright, fun and colorful preppy style. I love wearing Lilly in the parks (especially when taking photos at Walls of Disney!), at work and even training for the RunDisney Princess races wearing Luxletic gear! As soon as I discovered Gatorlilly’s boutique, I knew I found a hidden gem in Orlando. Keep reading to…

Keep Moving Forward: Why I Changed My Blog Name to Magic with Taylor
Changing my blog name was something I’ve been thinking about for almost a year. I started Taylor at Disney originally as a place just to dump all of my photos that I took at the theme parks. After realizing that I loved building a community, sharing my tips and connecting with other theme park fans and Florida bloggers, my instagram and blog grew into so much more. Since then, I’ve gotten the…

Sometimes, I get so tired of wearing the exact same ears as everyone else in the parks, but I’m so happy Disney merchandise has started creating more comfortable ears.
For this DIY, I used a pair of ears I…

Let Your Adventures Begin: Disney’s Hollywood Studios Appreciation
Let Your Adventures Begin: A Disney’s Hollywood Studios Appreciation blog post for the park’s 30th anniversary celebration! Check out some of my favorites from the park’s past, present and future.
Hollywood Studios has been one of my favorite parks to visit ever since the MGM Studios days. Actually, my mom still calls it MGM and is super confused why the Earful Tower and Sorcerer Hat are no longer park icons. While I do miss the old Studios, I’m super excited for all of the new attractions and the park’s 30th anniversary celebration on May 1, 2019. All of the new offerings are a great way…

One of the first local Orlando places I ventured to on my Disney College Program was Bento Asian Kitchen and Sushi! It was super cool to get outside of the Disney Bubble and explore more of the area, and Bento quickly became one of my favorite places. Bento is basically my fave spot with the perfect mix of affordable prices, casual location and delicious food. I was super excited when they reached out to me to come check out their brand new location at Sunset Walk, the shopping district of the brand-new Margaritaville Resort Orlando! So full disclosure, I was hosted by the restaurant but all views and opinions are my own. In fact, if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll more than likely see at least one story a week from inside a Bento! Keep reading to find out more about the new Bento Kissimmee location and find out where to get the best sushi in Orlando.
Food
If you’re looking for the best sushi in Orlando, you need to go to Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi! All of their food is delicious, but I always end up getting my standard order when I usually go with friends. On a typical day, I get the sushi combo box with a Special Mex and Florida roll – YUM! All of the sushi rolls I’ve tried here have been delicious and fresh, so you really can’t go wrong with any of them.
#gallery-0-5 { margin: auto; } #gallery-0-5 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 33%; } #gallery-0-5 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-0-5 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */
I loved coming out to the Bento opening because I was able to try other things from the menu that I normally wouldn’t, like the Poke bowls! It was so cool to custom build the ingredients included in the bowl. I also am obsessed with the Spicy Cream chicken! So even if you’re not a sushi fan, the non-fish options are equally as delicious.
One of my other favorite parts of this Bento Kissimmee location is the Boba Tea! When I was in college in Seattle, my friends and I would always hang out at Bubble Tea restaurants. Even though I would go all the time, my order has always been pretty standard — Taro milk tea with tapioca pearls. This time, the team member suggested a cool combo – Thai Tea and Mango Bubbles! It was so yummy and I’m ready to get one again. Alyssa tried the Green Tea with Strawberry Bubbles and it was delicious but almost floral tasting. Be sure to grab a punch card at Bento for bubble tea and you’ll get your 9th tea free!
Sunset Walk Location
The brand new Sunset Walk shopping district is the perfect location! The restaurant itself features plenty of seating and ample natural light so you can get the perfect foodie gram. You’ll find Bento Kissimmee located here, with plenty of parking, shopping and entertainment around! I absolutely loved getting to explore this area and can’t wait to see it grow more! We walked around after eating and checked out all of the cool things coming to Sunset Walk!
The Bento Kissimmee address is 3254 Margaritaville Blvd Kissimmee, FL 34747. The restaurant is right next to Bahama Bucks! You’re able to drive through the main Margaritaville entrance (or cut through the adjacent TJ Maxx parking lot like I did lol)
Bento Kissimmee – Best Sushi in Orlando area
Bento Café has honestly been such a huge part of my life in Orlando — as cheesy as that sounds it’s true. I’ve been on (way too many) dates here, said last goodbyes to friends in the parking lot before they moved away and hit up Happy Hour deals on the regular.
I’m so hyped about the brand new Bento Kissimmee location. The full menu is great, the staff is amazing and it’s an incredible location close to Margaritaville Resort Orlando. I can’t recommend checking out Bento enough, whether you’re an Orlando local or just visiting. Take a look at the Bento Menu and the Bento Locations to find the closest one to you.
Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi is now open at Sunset Walk in Kissimmee! Read to learn more! One of the first local Orlando places I ventured to on my Disney College Program was…

Single Rider: A Guide to Doing Disney Solo
Single Rider: A Guide to Doing Disney Solo
I learned a very important lesson a few years ago. If you wait for other people to do everything you want, you’re going to be waiting a very long time.
Contrary to what my blog and social media portray, I end up going to Disney by myself…A LOT. I love being in the parks, whether it’s just stopping in for a few rides or just a Mickey bar after work. The parks by yourself can be a whole new…
