Results speak for themselves. Andrea took on my women’s 10 week toning program and stayed incredibly disciplined through the whole thing. Most importantly, she trusted the process week by week because she new results would be there. Here is what she told me. “Ok thank you for working with me. The cool thing about fitness is that it seems like it’s slowly becoming the “cool” thing to get into. I think Instagram has a lot to do with that. The stereotypes of gym anxiety regarding bodybuilders or “meatheads” I notice isn’t as present. People are getting involved and have a better understanding of nutrition and fitness than ever before and I dig it. 🤙🏻🙃

Both photos are exactly 1 year apart today. June 19th to be exact. Last year was the best conditioning I have ever brought and I think this year I’m right on par with the same level of leanness (somewhere around 10% if I had to guess.) despite looking slightly bigger this year, I’m actually 3 lbs lighter in 2018 compared to last year. 167 lbs compared to 164 lbs. This year has honestly felt effortless compared to last. No better feeling than being conditioned. 🔪🔪

One of the most common things I get asked is, “How do I stay motivated?” A physique can never be kept without constant upkeep. It comes down to dedication rather than motivation. Training has to become part of your day and your routine just like brushing your teeth are taking a shower. People thrive in routine. When you get your pattern down, you see your progress form you get in your own rhythm, start to develop habits that will carry over.

I maintain sub 10% body fat levels close to year round. I make the process as smooth and effortless as possible by adopting my own way of doing things. I start out each day with a 16-18 hour fast (sleep included) with no food. My diet structure is the exact opposite of most people’s. The amount of sugar and carbohydrates in my diet in a ten day span is typically what a single person consumes In a day, yet my fat intake is 5x higher than the “FDA” recommended amount for a male. It’s not all about how often you go to the gym or how strong you are as most people fail to understand. It’s about diet, and fueling your body with the proper nutrients to constantly burn fat for fuel day after day. This is why my programs kick ass. Made from scratch, from the ground up, each and every person coached the exact way I would train myself. #czfitness #zebra
