Hi everyone! I know I've been absent a LONG time, and reappearing out of the blue like this to share something personal that nobody cares about might seem out of place...

Point is: I need some serious advice on some things. It's about my younger sister, she's struggling w depression and heavy self-harm, and I literally don't know what to do. So if u know someone who's been through something similar, or u've experienced such things yourself (or maybe u're just, like, in the "field" of psychology?) and u feel like u could have some advice for me... could u be so kind to private message me?
