For all of those that I have one here who are moving into college in September... Make sure what you choose to do is exactly what you want, that it's going to make you happy because choosing what everyone suggests isn't always the best choice. If you want to pick a course someone thinks is on a 'lower academic pathway' but it's what you want to do, do it! Because it's not worth it letting society push you into another 2 years of education that you're going to hate. The picture is an A3 piece of paper for revision for only a subtopic of psychology, I wish I had started to revise earlier because now it's less than a month before exams and I don't physically have a single moment to myself anymore. Just be prepared for the challenge that every college, every course, every lesson might bring to you in the next couple of months. You think year 11 is hard, AS Levels is a huge leap! And if you pick subjects you've never done before, you're learning something for the first time and are expected to remember it all in the space of less than a year... There's a lot of things that secondary/ comprehensive/ high schools don't tell you when enrolling in college, yeah they tell you it's difficult but they can't even explain how difficult it really is... But you need to do it... So make sure what you do is the best for you. Not your mates, not society. But best for you. Thanks for taking the time to read it🙈💖
