a/n: well well well here we are, christening this new writing blog with two of my favorite boys. no warnings, fluff!

Bo Sinclair’s main love language is physical touch, but it takes a bit of time for him to come to this realization. The only physical touch he’s received for the most of his life being the abuse at the hands of his parents, his perception of intimacy is incredibly skewed. The first few times you attempt to instigate touch by holding his hand or rubbing his arm, he’ll flinch back; pulling his hand away as if he touched a hot stove. But when Bo realizes your touches are not intended to be hurtful, but rather soothing, he leans more into it overtime. It’s a lot of trust and patience on both ends. But soon, Bo will constantly lay on your chest after he comes home, an unwritten invitation to either wrap your arms around him or run your fingers through his chestnut curls. He is the only person who will let you touch his scars, allowing you to run the pad of your thumbs gently against them back and forth. Bo can be rather handsy himself, his proof that you truly exist in his world, that you are his and his alone. But he still puts on his tough facade, never fully letting you know how much your touch comforts him. Not allowing his emotions show or to get the best of him is his way of protecting himself. You are his safety, his salvation. And for the love of God, don’t let Vincent or Lester know he’s soft for you, they’ll never let him live it down. 

Vincent Sinclair’s main love language is gift giving. He oftentimes struggles with finding the right vocabulary to truly express himself in normal everyday situations, let alone in a romantic one. Showering you in words of adoration just do not seem as impactful as he wishes they would be. So he does what he does best; he turns to his more creative side and makes you beautiful, handmade pieces of art. It may be a tiny sketch on a torn piece of parchment paper, based on his favorite photo of you. It could be a tiny wax candle, carved carefully into your favorite animal. Maybe it’s a neat bead he found on the ground. Whatever it may be, his gifts shows how you are constantly on his mind, and how deeply he cares about you. Much like that of a crow giving gifts to their favorite human, Vincent will carefully select places throughout Ambrose to hide his gifts, with the utmost guarantee that you will be the only one able to find them. He’s rather shy about handing them to you in person, and even gets flustered when you come to him later to say thank you. While you cannot totally tell his exact facial expression underneath his wax mask, the crinkles that only appear around his baby-blue eyes when he smiles always arise when you praise his amazing work.
