His tail continues to rut against you. You are surprised he can still be getting any enjoyment like this. He must be in quite a bit of pain.

“Hizashi, just let me untangle you.”

“Mmm fine… can’t even feel it.”

If his tail is going numb from the poison you should pull away but he holds your body harshly against him. He whines against your neck.

“I know I should let go, but I don’t get to hold you close. I want to hold you in my arms and never let you go. No matter how much it hurts.”

His words are endearing but his actions make you think that he, like males of all species is just dumb. His tail swishes creating a whirlpool around you as he reaches his peak. His body stills relaxing  into your touch. You both slowly drift back down to the depth of the ocean. While you drift down you untangle him from yourself examining his fin to cheek for damage. Resting back on the reef bed, Hizashi curls up to rest his head on your bloom, you stroke your fingers through his long golden hair wishes for times where you can touch him too.
