I just scattered and gened one of my dusthide hatches (finally lol), his name is Ethos and I haven't worked out all his lore yet but I think he lives in a cave that looks like space (like the anti-grav cave in outer wilds) :D!!

oh, he's wonderful!!!! how sparkly <3 i love his colours, the blue definitely helps him fit in with his space cave and the red undersides of his wings certainly help him pop. what a handsome boy <3

My as-yet unnamed newest permababy. When I got a banana/shamrock/splash from my map I was not expecting the colors to work. Thank you, Soap!

oh, what a handsome baby boy!!  yeah, you wouldn’t usually expect these colours to work together, but the genes really make them pop.  and his familiar really fits him!!  you got really lucky with that combo.

this is Nebraska! she's a royal knight in lore, and a Valentine's hatch with a super rare color combo- robin/spruce/cottoncandy. she's a quiet and reserved woman working for a small kingdom of veilspun as their guardian!

hes got no proper lore or any of these genes yet, but finding out that dirt and pear share the same shade of green was a blessing for my wine/dirt/pear hatch!

And the plan for the other sister, Geara. Spooky abyssal space horror vibes are strong with this one tbh and I kinda love it. Almost wish I was a shadow nest, but I'll take arcane as a pretty close match to those teef, but she looks good regardless.

This is the plane for Pistare's sis, Koga, who I wasn't sold on until I messed around with the new trickmurk gene. There is something to love about cosmic goop dragons. And who let shadow constellation go that hard on veils?

I love going back through this blog and looking at everyone's unique tastes and styles for their dragons, and sometimes taking a stroll down memory lane myself as I don't have some of the dragons I've shown here in the past anymore, or old projects.

But enough rambling, this is the plan for Pistare, my leap year hatch. A very bitey fellow as one probably could imagine. Has two gorgeous sisters I'll also show off.
