I've created my own remote control service (I really need feedback)

Hello everyone.

I worked as an admin for about 12 years, during all this time for administration purposes I used almost all known remote access programs, but I lacked many features, automation, and sometimes it was inconvenient/lazy to negotiate a connection with the user to perform a trivial action. And so the idea came to mind to create a tool from an admin to an admin, so that the interface would suit, but was not oversaturated, and anyone more or less owning a computer could understand and all this in a browser.

Now more than 8 months have passed since I started implementing this idea and have already achieved certain progress. At the moment, I have already implemented basic functions, sufficient to close a certain percentage of needs:

Summary information about the machine, its load in real time. For example:

System, version, uptime

RAM, usage, swap, etc.

Processor. Model, frequency, core load, etc.

Network. IP, Mac of all interfaces, usage statistics

Permanent memory. Free space, usage.

Management and viewing (with filters, sorting and detailed information):

Processes

Programs

Devices

Power management - shutdown, reboot, sleep mode, lock, hibernation.

Remote execution of any commands. It already helps a lot by itself if you don't want to disturb the user or the screen is locked, and the password was not told.

Visual control of the station. Everything is like in popular programs - mouse control, keyboard, screen change, hotkeys and all this in a browser.

This is what the windows of controlled stations look like in console and graphic mode (they had to be divided, because the graphical shell does not support some OS versions)

So far, Windows, Linux platforms are supported. MacOS is planned - if there is a request from users.

I really like development and would very much like to make this project my main job, but I may not fully understand the needs of users, so I ask you to give me feedback - what did you like and what not? Are you satisfied with the design, functionality? What would you add or remove? Maybe you had an idea that can be implemented in the service. What is needed for you to start using it?
