I wanted to die today. For the first time in a while I wanted to kill myself. Hang myself in my room or slit my throat. I cut today. It felt. Scary. Like I’m going down an old familiar road that I know will kill me in the end. The knife wasn’t sharp enough. So now I look like a cat scratched me 16 times . It’s ok. I’m going to be ordering some razors so we will be ok. As for food. I’m Done with that. So from this day forward no more food. And I don’t know. I’m just done. I’m tierd. I’m really tierd.

i did get shaky hands/stomach sickness (feeling of vomiting) after though. pls if u feel sick don’t push urself & stop!! also, drink iced, cold water during/after the workout & if u need to take 5 mins off to meditate/breathe!!
