Actually really enjoyed seeing the kirakira reference in Delicious Party. Toei aware of the similarities between their sweets/pastries themed season and their food themed one. Perhaps these two teams will have scenes together in the future Precure movies.

Pretty Cure is actually aimed at all ages, so while I understand why you'd cringe at it, i personally didn't laugh very much at those episodes either, to many it's iconic an memorable, pretty cure is child friendly, however since it's not specifically for just kids, in order to make it more open and friendly for older people such as teens, or adults, adding in references or charactera that would be recognizable towards the older fandom would increase viewers enjoyment. As far as I know a lot of the Precure fandom actually found Cure Gorilla to be an amusing troll "cure". I personally don't have an issue with the episodes, as again, i feel its more of a sense of humor thing.

I never like it when Pretty Cure does episodes with manzai comedians. Maybe it’s a cultural thing, but I always find these episode cringy and embarrassing rather than funny. Do Japanese little girls really like that sort of stuff?

Narcistoru is a very handsome villian, as first i thought he'd be a little more like daruizen on the "genuinely a horrible and toxic person" villian spectrum. (Considering his introduction to this season)

But i think he's actually just a narcissist 💀 i feel like he'll be one of those character where you either really love him or you really hate him LOL

I will say though, out of all the precure seasons, they did all their male character designs BEAUTIFULLY in this one. In a lot of the seasons they make the main male characters look like background npc's 💔

You know, I always wonder during Star Twinkle Precure's ending where a black hole basically destroyed the whole universe, what even were the other Pretty Cure doing 💀 we find out the reason Cure Star and the others were able to survive was due to the Pretty Cure pendants keeping them safe. Does that mean the rest of them were just floating in the middle of blackness completely confused and shocked at whatever just happened 😭 must have been so confusing and scary.

I really don't understand why people are always complaining about certain Precure characters look "stolen" from another anime.

For example: Cure Precious's buns and the Mysterious masked character in the opening is often called "stolen" from Sailor moon's Tuxedo mask and Chibi Usa.

This happens to many other characters and I feel people don't know the difference between "stolen" and "inspired" for starters magical girl animes often have protagonists with twin tails, Is it stealing to use that hairstyle? No. It's a hair style. I understand the similarities, but MOST of the designs in Pretty Cure are their own, if there's similarities then keep it at that, similarities. That will happen often when creating an anime with the theme of magical girls, the same theme that thousands of other animes do as well, obviously you'll see similar themes and design aspects. However Precure is COMPLETELY different from many other magical girl animes, as it is its own franchise. Just enjoy the anime rather than getting upset over something so little. They didn't steak the design. Precious and Chibi Usa have nothing in common but the pink hair and the buns. And we haven't even MET the masked character yet. Y'all need to respectfully chill 🌺

In my opinion I honestly just adore the fact that no matter how new a season of precure is, in movies with all or the majority of the cures from each season, Unlike a lot of other franchise (that I know of) Max Heart precure (especially Cure Black and Cure White) always get attention and fight scenes they deserve, during all star transformations they're always first, when they show up they're theme song plays as if legends have just arrived , and during fight scenes, when they make an appearance, they're basically OP and contribute the most damage. It's almost like a reminder to the audience that this is where we all began, and that these two cures are what started the Precure we know and love now. And I adore every second they get that screentime 💖💫
