Alex, after witnessing Ian's death, immediately going “that's not real” cause who wouldn't be like ‘wtf, that's not fucking real' after seeing someone get shot and die (especially when it's a relative)

Also denial being the first stage of grief :)

Here's another version of the car scene (cause i'm indecisive and make lots of different versions)

It isn't that different from the illustration in the fic, but i still like it and i think the little changes is what really matters

like the way the car part is between Ian and Alex and is separating them is like, foreshadowing (cause Ian dies later)

(also Ian has glasses :p)

THE DREAM FIC IS FINALLY HEREE!!!

SUMMARY:

Witnessing Ian's death broke something within Alex.

Knowing the circumstances surrounding it, he wasn’t going to let MI6 control his fate.

But when their threats held true and Alex lost Jack, he has to adjust to his new restricted life.

It's in no way easy, but getting answers is proving to be a bigger challenge.

Now, with the uncertainty that comes with being under Blunt's thumb, all he knows is that he must avenge Ian.

Or Alex’s life is going down the shitter and we get to see how the trauma affects him

Alex pressed his palms against his eyes and slid down the wall he was leaning on, trying to calm his elevated breathing.

BANG! Alex watched in horror as Ian fell to the ground. He couldn’t tear his eyes away from the scene.

Ahh yes, Alex gets his first dose of hurt :)

Also when i was drawing this (more specifically the 'explosion' and the BANG) I remembered that video of the brit talking about wanting his chips and it kept replaying in my head

so i was just staring at distraught Alex while that dude’s ‘BANG’ was playing in my head💀

“Actions have consequences. Phone, now.” Ian snapped, opening the glovebox. “Fine.” Alex fired back, scowling as he shoved the phone in the compartment. He crossed his arms and slumped into the car seat with more force than needed.
