Timed Hermits

Trying to draw people and find my artstyle again, so I grabbed a name wheel of the hermits and a 5 minute timer. Having a good time so far, I got Gem, Etho, Wels, Doc, and Tango this time. This is a part one until I draw all current Hermits of S10!

Eyes and Ears/Datastream Theory

Okay, since the new Life Series and Rats SMP S2 are happening at the same time. I'm taking this as a way to re-watch all relevant episodes/animations/streams and taking notes. I think I came up with an idea or absolutely nothing... we'll see.

My central claim is I think Life!Martyn is in himself a large fragment or other a co-existing/parallel instance of c!Martyn and that Fragment Wars could be about this (or whatever happened to Doc at the end of Pirates SMP).

This would most likely be from when c!Martyn first entered the Datastream if it were the case as another of Doc's bugs/accidental flaws (Maybe c!Martyn is the digitalized and scanned body of Martyn, while Life!Martyn is his soul [proper] manifested?). Perhaps Life!Martyn was then just dumped into the Life Series with the memories of Evo having happened before all this, or Life!Martyn ended up in Evo directly (looking at previous posts and edited videos that aren't strictly time equivalent isn't the best for Life!Martyn). Either way this Martyn only knows the world of the Watchers and this set group of people. Meanwhile c!Martyn would probably be largely unaware of what he's missing (Perhaps why he doesn't recognize people from the Life Series even if they could recognize him, I remember a post that finishes along the lines of "Hey, while c!Martyn uses 'Everyone is an NPC' as a defense, the Rats could be players." So they have the potential/option to recognize him.)

This could explain the issue of consistency of c!Martyn always hopping between digital worlds and Life!Martyn as a plaything of higher beings while using the same underlying principles. Perhaps this split caused the scars on c!Martyn's arm that he never gave the same answer twice to, and any losses of Life!Martyn's still appear as scars on c!Martyn.

I'm just not sure how this would effect the other people in the Life Series as they would all still be players in the real world instead of trapped in the digital side of things like Life! & c!Martyn(s). So they could still log off and not eternally suffer between seasons.

I'm pretty sure there will be some reference to c!Martyn's lore in Rats S2, but I'm not sure about Wild Life cause so far it’s happened to be every other (although this would be a lore season if that pattern continues). I just posted this since both are happening at the same time.

About me, I suppose

Hello, this is my first post. I have hesitated for far too long to write or do anything other than lurk in the shadows. I’m scared of being known, to let people see who I am. But I’m even more scared of being forgotten, if I write, there might be a chance for someone to find these words even if it is long after I’m dead.

So hello, I’m Avis. I identify as aroace and use any pronouns. I enjoy watching Hermitcraft (and associated content) and building in Minecraft. I enjoy writing thousands of words about video game theories, usually Hoyoverse games as I like the world building of Genshin and the possibilities of Star Rail. I enjoy listening to The Magnus Protocol and have already listened to The Magnus Archives. I enjoy all sorts of mythologies and study Greek Literature in my free time. I have been waiting for Silksong for so long, lol, and can’t wait for the release of Hades II (I know it is in pre-release).
