In this case, relentless sobbing ensues. “Hinatsuru and Makio are much stronger, I can fight decently enough as it is!” Arms slightly flailing, not exactly sure who this person was and bawling like a baby.

“I’m not crying! S-something just made me upset and I didn’t get over it! I’m fine, stop staring at me like that!”

Not a great fighter, putting in as much effort in dire situations as possible-even if that means complaining the last second in or when she has to speak up. The line of fire meant quick thinking! “If I tell her, I’ll start crying!” Though surprised by the smile, yet used to being picked on. “T-Thank you, Makio!”

“Are you an idiot?!” Harshness as expected of her aside, Makio, despite not being a demon slayer, is still a kunoichi- and she would not be in trouble so easily. Suma herself, Makio would claim, was just as talented, should she cast her tears aside to focus on her survival. “If something bad happens you can just tell Hinatsuru!” Plus, they’re not the only kuoichis, are they?

That aside, she shows another softer side to Suma for a moment, a smile on her lips betraying her fondness. “I can handle myself, Suma. I won’t let anyone but me bully you.”
