Looks like I will not be cruising for quite some time. I had held out hope that I would be on a ship by Christmas. Well with this story, Santa just removed that gift from my stocking.

With people cancelling their cruise reservations, the cruise lines, as well as the travel industry in general, have taken a beating due to the Coronavirus. Up until now, they all have held firm. That changed when Viking Cruises, one of the most expensive cruise lines out there, will suspend all sailings until May.

Samuel, have you ever seen Alfred Hitchcock's 1940 film Rebecca? If you haven't, I say download it. To me, Patty is doing a pretty good acting job playing Mrs. Danvers. A woman who didn't like the fact that there was a new mistress of the manor. A woman who went out of her way to drive the new Mrs. de Winter out of Manderley. As big as your house is, no house will stand with two mistresses running it. You have to choose. Know it or not, Patty is in love with you. She will drive Mercedes away.

The stupid things that people do for a selfie. Now since they are banned from RCCL, then chances are they are banned from NCL, Carnival, & any of their subsidiaries. No cruise line wants that kind of liability.
